Trident worker nodes unable to mount PV after maintenance

Issue

Post maintenance Trident worker node is unable to mount PVC and PV's. The storage configuration has not changed after maintenance. The same SVM and storage protocols are being utilized. Error similar to the following will be seen in the Trident controller logs:
