Issue

Attempting to mount a PVC on a Windows Trident node with an on-prem backend results in the following error message:

MountVolume.MountDevice failed for volume
"pvc-8be20dc7-42b8-4ded-bfc9-1d2e3344abba7h" : rpc error: code = Unavailable desc = connection error: desc = "transport: Error while
dialing dial unix /var/lib/kubelet\\plugins\\csi.trident.netapp.io\\csi.sock: connect: No connection could be made because the
target machine actively refused it."
