Issue

After Trident Upgrade error message indicating that there is a conflict when attempting to patch the trident-controller security context constraint (SCC). 

Error:  Failed to install Trident; err: failed create the trident openshift SCC; failed to create or patch trident openshift scc name trident-controller got error: could not patch Trident openshift scc; operation cannot be fulfilled on securitycontextconstraints.security.openshift.io "trident-controller": the object has been modified; please apply your changes to the latest version and try again
