OpenShift produces CDIStorageProfileIncomplete error when using selector labels

Issue

When using a selector label for the StorageClass, the StoraeProfile does not populate the ClaimProperty sets values for AccessModes (RWX/RWO/etc).  When not using a StorageClass selector, these values exist in the StorageProfile.  You may see errors such as: "Storageprofile cant infer the accessmode" or "CDIStorageProfileIncomplete"
