ONTAP Volumes Not Deleted After PVC Deletion in OpenShift

Issue

After deleting Persistent Volume Claims (PVCs) in OpenShift (OCP), the corresponding ONTAP backend volumes are not deleted automatically. This leads to orphaned volumes remaining on the storage, requiring manual deletion.
