When using the Trident ONTAP-NAS-Economy driver with NFSv4.2, attempts to write to provisioned volumes fail with “Permission Denied” errors, even though mounting succeeds. This issue is not seen with NFSv3, NFSv4.0, or NFSv4.1, and does not occur with the standard ONTAP-NAS driver.
