Astra Trident for Kubernetes

Description

When PVs were created via a backend that was not expected or wanted to be used for it, there should be a way to move the PV from one backend to another without moving it to another type of backend.

Since these are all static entities linked with each other, this is not possible in a live way and not directly supported by Trident, however, there is a roundabout way.

WARNING

There are limitations to which backend drivers support the re-import of volumes. This is not possible for all types of backend drivers !

Release 24.10 states: Trident supports volume import using the ontap-nas and ontap-nas-flexgroup drivers.
