Issue

Having created a YAML file to create a backend via kubectl apply, and using that command on the YAML, to attempt to add the backend, it is left as failed.
This shows when using the command kubectl get tbc -n trident:

NAME            BACKEND NAME    BACKEND UUID    PHASE    STATUS
----------------------------------------------------------------------
backend-tbc-ontap-san                                    Failed
