Answer

No. There is no official NetApp process for providing Docker images for offline uploads.

Workaround:
Red Hat’s new image repository provides recent Trident releases (starting with Trident 25.10).
  • Check with Red Hat support for available images.
  • Note: Older versions may not be available via this method.
