NetApp-ACC's pod task-service-task-purge  is set to Terminated

Some jobs failed due to what appears a terminated  task-service-task-purge  pod:

- Job: certificates-expiry-check-wfmr8 Failed
- Job: task-service-task-purge-28119345 Failed
