Unable to access SANtricity Array Management (SAM) GUI due to certificate issue

Issue

After changing certificate, SANtricity reports one or more errors such as:

  • HTTP 404
  • ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

  • ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

 

When accessing SANtricity via SSH and verifing /msw_data/logs/trace.log.0, it reports:
