File clone operation may timeout with error code 222

Issue

  • When trying to create a FlexClone from a file, an error is received: Clone start failed: Clone operation failed to start: Device busy.
  • EMS may report the following error:
[cl1-01: clone_timeout_proc: wafl.sis.clone.suspend.timeout:debug]: File clone create from fileid xxxx in volume is aborted due to timeout. Suspend reason code: 222.
[cl1-01: svc_queue_thread: wafl.sis.clone.create.ebusy.failure:debug]: File clone create of file in volume failed with device-busy error. Reason: Sis clone stream is in a state of load/init.
