Why does qos statistics volume latency show have disk instead of cloud latency?

Answer

Latency in qos statistics volume latency show may record in the wrong column due to bug 1290868. Instead, it may report as disk latency in the Disk column.

Example: vol1 has almost 32 milliseconds of latency on an AFF-A220 and almost 28 reports as disk, but is really due to FabricPool cold tier, or the Cloud column.
