Issue

This article describes the following common issues pertaining to the clustered Data ONTAP Antivirus Connector for Data ONTAP (Offbox AV/offboard AV):

  • Symptom 1: Vscanners are not able to connect to the clustered Data ONTAP nodes
  • Symptom 2: Client-access is denied
  • Symptom 3: Vscanners are connected, but the file still does not get scanned
  • Symptom 4: Clients are observing high latency
