Issue

Post Metrocluster ONTAP upgrade gives error:

km.run.onboard.setup.needed: This cluster is part of a MetroCluster configuration. Run the "security key-manager setup -sync-metrocluster-config yes" command with the same passphrase on the local cluster before proceeding with any key manager operations. Failure to do so could lead to a failure during a future switchover or switchback event.
