You might encounter manually upload AutoSupport is not successfull due to the 7z compression method(LZMA2), sometime even you use LZMA, the Active IQ(AIQ) still prompts errors, the following procedure is to zip it into tgz by Windows if you are not familiar with Linux.

  • Before you use this method, your Windows host need 7-Zip software, please install it if necessary.
