Issue

  • A node goes Out of Quorum intermittently
  • EMS logs:

[node_name: vifmgr: vifmgr.dbase.checkerror:alert]: VIFMgr experienced an error verifying cluster database consistency. Some LIFs might not be hosted properly as a result.

[node_name: vifmgr: vifmgr.startup.merge.err:error]: The Logical Interface Manager (VIFMgr) encountered errors during startup.

  • MGWD logs:

[kern_mgwd:info:2443] A [src/rdb/quorum/qm_states/qm_state.cc 471 (0x82cca3700)]: doWorkerWork: RDB QM main voter thread slept for 23993 ms (apparent starvation).
 

  • Partner node MGWD logs:

[kern_mgwd:info:2443] W [src/rdb/TM.cc 4597 (0x82cdf1900)]: _coord_commit: TM 1000: Transaction TID <52,13980,13980> commit failed: UNIT_OFFLINE; declaring unstable quorum in epoch 52.  Total participating sites: 1, number of sites committed: 1, epsilon commit: false
