Issue

  • Change file / folder security settings failed with the following error:

An error occurred while applying the security information.
[Audit failure]
Failed to generate security audit.

  • SACL is enabled to audit "change permission"
  • Packet trace shows "SetInfo" call response is "STATUS_AUDIT_FAILED"
