Cannot log into Cluster Mgmt Interface without first migrating lif

Issue

Can successfully ssh to the Cluster mgmt lif.  After a few minutes cannot ssh to the lif with the error.
 
Error: Password Authentication failed. Please verify the username and password are correct.
 
 
Migrate the cluster-mgmt lif to another node and attempts to ssh are successful, but get the error:
 
The host key sent by the server is different from the host key stored in the host key database for cluster.com...(x.x.x.x) port 22. This may mean that a hostile part has "hijacked" your connection and you are not connected to the server you are specified.Migrate the lif to another node and ssh to the lif:
 
 
After some time the issue returns and you must migrate the Cluster mgnt lif to another node to ssh.
