SnapMirror fails in System Manager with "No suitable storage can be found for the specified requirements"

Issue

Attempts to create a SnapMirror relationship in System Manager fail with the errors:

Operation to create a destination endpoint and create a SnapMirror relationship failed.

Error to create SnapVault. No suitable storage can be found for the specified requirements. Aggregates withinsufficient space available for provisioning: <aggr_name>

Reason: Out of 1 endpoints, 0 endpoints have been protected and protection has failed for 1 endpoints. List of paths that failed protection and reasons for failure: svm:source_vol_name : Failed to identify aggregate on which to create volume "destination_vol_name". (Unable to find a suitable aggregate for volume"destination_vol_name"in Vserver "destination_svm_name".

Reason: No suitable storage can be found for the specified requirements. Aggregates not on the Vserver's aggregate list: "Aggregte_name1" Aggregates with insufficient space available for provisioning:Aggregte_name2,Aggregte_name3.)"
