LUN disconnect is vetoed when using SnapDrive for Windows

Issue

When attempting to disconnect a LUN from the SnapDrive for Windows UI or via the SnapDrive command line (SDCLI), one or more of the following errors might be reported:

Within the SnapDrive for Windows console:
"The removal of the specified LUN was vetoed. The disk could be in use.
Disk disconnect operation on server. The LUN type is not recognized, or supported."

Within the SnapDrive debug log (Snpdrvdbg.log) located in the installation directory for SnapDrive for Windows:
FCPVdisk.cpp@3109  The removal of the specified LUN was vetoed. The disk could be in use. Try removing it later, or as a last resort, use the "Force Disconnect Disk" option.

Within the Windows Application Event logs:
Failed to disconnect the LUN.  Failure in checking access control.
Error code: The removal of the specified LUN was vetoed. The disk could be in use. Try removing it later; or as a last resort, use the 'Force Disconnect Disk' option.
