sccli fails with error stating the user does not belong to any roles

Issue

When attempting to establish a session with SnapCenter from the Linux host the following output is observed:
 
[root@rhel1 bin]# sccli open-smconnection -Username demo\administrator
INFO: A connection session will be opened with SnapCenter 'https://snapctr.demo.netapp.com:8146/'.
Enter the SnapCenter password:
Validating the user roles ...........ERROR: The user you are trying to login does not belong to any roles. Please contact your administrator.
