Issue

  • Scheduled backup job fails to be triggered
  • Job launcher does launch the job but the SMCore service fails to assign a Job ID or start the backup
  • Application Event log may show an IIS entry:
    "Information <server_FQDN> Microsoft-Windows-WAS 5074 A worker process with process id of '<ID_Number>' serving application pool 'SnapCenter' has requested a recycle because the worker process reached its allowed processing time limit"
