SCW plug-in package fails to register ONTAP VSS Hardware Provider

Issue

When attempting to install the SnapCenter Plug-In for Windows plug-in package it fails with the below error -

3-17-2021[11:13:20 AM]: (ISP Action): RegisterVSSProvider: Rollback Msi: SCW Calling uninstall method.
