Issue

After upgrading from SnapCenter to 4.6p1, SCO resource discoveries and backups fail

Error in the SPL log:

2022-08-19T16:42:40.0000976-07:00 ERROR  DisRes-apstrpt c.n.c.r.RemoteObjectFactoryFactory - REMOTE-00001: Unable to connect to spawned helper process.  Error: ./../plugins/sco/bin/launch-java: line 17: /var/opt/snapcenter/spl/etc/spl.properties: Permission denied
