MEDIATOR installation failed to start the service

Issue

Mediator installation is successful, but mediator-scst service won't start

[root@Centos ~]# systemctl status mediator-scst.service
● mediator-scst.service
   Loaded: loaded (/opt/netapp/lib/ontap_mediator/systemd/mediator-scst.service; enabled; vendor preset: disabled)
   Active: failed (Result: exit-code) since Mon 2020-05-11 13:58:39 CEST; 29min ago
   Process: 3322 ExecStart=/etc/init.d/scst start (code=exited, status=5)

May 11 13:58:39 Centos systemd[1]: mediator-scst.service: Service RestartSec=100ms expired, scheduling restart.

May 11 13:58:39 Centos systemd[1]: Failed to start mediator-scst.service.

The following errors is present in dmesg 

May 11 14:39:01 Centos scst[3992]: Loading and configuring SCSTmodprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'scst': Required key not available
May 11 14:39:01 Centos scst[3992]: modprobe scst failed.
May 11 14:39:01 Centos scst[3992]: [FAILED]
