Description

For both NAS and SAN ONTAP drivers, there are some pitfalls for using fsGroup, which require specific settings.
 
As documented, runAsUser, runAsGroup and fsGroup are settings under the securityContext of the Pod definition, which are supported by the Trident driver to apply ownership changes when mounting the NFS PVC. Depending on NFS settings, these may not be honored for NAS.
