SOAP Fault from server when upgrading VCP plugin from 4.x to 5.0

  • NetApp Element Plug-In for vCenter Server (VCP) 5.0 and higher


When trying to upgrade VCP Plugin from 4.x to 5.0, receiving the following error:
Problem updating plugin against vCenter server <vCenter IP> -- Client received SOAP Fault from server: The session is not authenticated. Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure.
