Will EMS log sending be pended on queue while SMTP configure on ONTAP is disabled?

Answer

No, ONTAP doesn't have such a queue for EMS log sending.
In other words, the past EMS log will not be sent via mail even after the SMTP configure of ONTAP gets enabled again.
