What port does ONTAP use to send AutoSupports?

Answer

  • ONTAP sends AutoSupports out ports that are configured with the management-autosupport service.
  • By default this is e0M.
  • You can verify what LIF/port has the service with the following command:

cluster1::> network interface show -services management-autosupport
