SNMP - Unable to resolve variables in trap

Issue

SNMP test traps are not being sent when triggered. Though snmphistory shows that a trap was sent, packet capture does not show any packets. 

The following error message can be seen in MGWD;

Error: snmp trap: unable to resolve variables in trap - this trap will not be sent
