After reallocation of volumes there is an increased used size on volumes

Issue

After reallocation of volumes, there is an increase of around 10% in the used size of the volume.
 
In DF-S log:
Before reallocation:
Filesystem  Total Size  used     avail  capacity  compressed %compressed
/vol/vol1/  300.00g    225.42g  74.58g     75%      9.63g        4%            
 

 
After reallocation:
/vol/vol1/  300.00g    198.11g  101.89g    66%      35.18g       15%
