Issue

An error message similar to the below is observed:

                              Cluster  : ClusterA
                              Vserver  : SVM1
                      Partner Vserver  : SVM1-mc
                  Configuration State  : syncing
                        Stream Status  : processing-task
                            Failed Row : Apply failed for Object: vifsbyname Method: baseline. Reason: Transient Error: RPC: 
                                         Couldn't make connection [from mgwd on node "node-02" (VSID: -1) to vifmgr at 
                                         169.254.1.1]
                 Last apply fail time  : 3/29/2020 12:25:41
