Description

  • When node is down or rebooted for an unknown reason & BMC logs cannot be found in Active IQ Digital Advisor (AIQDA)
  • Collect logs from BMC of the affected node based on the platform:
    NOTE: This KB describes the initial collection; more data might be needed
