  • Card ports connected to a data switch with Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) enabled.

Issue

  • Node(s) PANIC. Example
PANIC: process on cpu15 hung (nblade1) for 5002 milliseconds! in SK process nblade1 on release 9.7P4 (C)
  • Node(s) does not panic when cables/transceivers are unplugged from network ports in Qlogic EP8324 Quad-Port card (P/N X91143A)
  • Node(s) does not panic with SFPs inserted but cables disconnected 
  • Node(s) does not panic with a card port loopback test (ports connected directly in the same card)
