ONTAP Command "security protocol show" shows table empty

Issue

The system is unable to determine whether protocols Telnet or RSH are disabled or enabled on the cluster.
 
When trying to define the active protocols command produces the following output:
 
Cluster1::> set advanced
Cluster1::*> Security protocol show
This table is currently empty.
