NFS outage in giveback during aggregate relocation

Issue

During aggregate relocation in the giveback phase it may happen that
  • nfsv4 locks are lost
  • A client application such as SAP HANA crashes
The following entries will be in sktrace logs

if lmgr sktraces are enabled as well the following will be seen also in sktrace logs
[2:0] LMGR_20:  cb_reclaim.c:290:cb_reclaim lgi 2 classify cerr=12 nerr=0
