Multiple disk failures with error 200000h on one path for one node only

Issue

  • Several disk failures on one particular path for particular shelves
  • None of the disks show any medium error or any other issue that point"s to a disk failure, but failed due to latency.
  • Disks are marked for failure with the following message: “disk_latency_monitor: scsi.debug:debug]: shm_setup_for_failure disk 0b.04.8     (S/N Pxxxx) error 200000h” and are being copied out when it is their turn and if spare is available.
  • The partner accesses the disks without a problem via another IOM path.
