How to sanitize Flash Cache (PAMII)

Description

Since flash is non - volatile, a reboot or power cycle does not physically clear the cache, it only clears the data (in the Dmain memory) that points to the locations in flash. Thus, the card still has data on it. Clearing cached data can be done through the Data ONTAP diagnostics tool.
