FAS2554 reboots due to l2_watchdog_reset

Issue

l2_watchdog_reset occurs in the SP log.

Example:

[Tue Jan 19 16:22:56.263 2021] Record 1162: Tue Jan 19 01:50:38 2021 [Trap Event.critical]: hwassist l2_watchdog_reset (29)

After the motherboard replacement, Ethernet Ports are down due to the following error in EMS log.

Example:

[2021-01-23 06:12:53.044] Fri Jan 22 15:51:29 GMT [node_name:netif.sfpNotSupported:error]: The SFP+ module (unknown ) installed in e0e is not supported with this network interface.
[2021-01-23 06:12:53.207] Fri Jan 22 15:51:29 GMT [node_name:netif.sfpNotSupported:error]: The SFP+ module (unknown ) installed in e0f is not supported with this network interface.
