Amber LED reappears on a replaced disk even after turning off the fault LED

Issue
- Amber LED is seen after a failed disk is replaced with a new drive.
- The fault LED reappears even after turning it off using the "led_off" command.
- The replaced disk is detected from both the nodes and there are no faults reported about that disk.
