snapmirror fail to create Snapshot copy due to "Not enough space for Snapshot tags"

Issue

While the scheduled update, snapmirror fails to create snapshot copy as below.
snapmirror.c1bc5517-xxxxxxxxxxxx.2023-04-14_135700 on volume svm_src:vol_src (Failed to create Snapshot copy snapmirror.c1bc5517-xxxxxxxxxxxx.2023-04-14_135700 on volume svm_src:vol_src. (Not enough space for Snapshot tags))
 
However, it seems there is still enough space on the issue volume:
