After upgrade no longer able to access Windows users and groups in OCSM

  • OnCommand System Manager (OCSM) 9.11.1
  • CIFS with Workgroup authentification
  • SMB/CIFS not configured because Active Directory is not used for User Management


  • After the upgrade from 9.10.1 to 9.11.1 the customer is no longer able to set Windows users and groups, specifically to set access to shares
  • There is a missing arrow in the Windows tile Ontap_windows_01.png
  • The issue does not exist in previous to 9.11.1 versionsOntap_windows_03.png
  • Issue observed in various browsers
