NVE - Volumes offline after forced Storage Takeover

Issue

During forced Storage failover of node, NVE volumes are offline and unable to be brought online:

::> vol online -vserver NC01_N1 -volume NC01_N1_root
vol online: Error onlining volume "NC01_N1:NC01_N1_root". Unable to set volume attributes for volume "NC01_N1_root" on Vserver "NC01_N1". Reason:
The encrypted volume can't be onlined as either software encryption has been disabled, or there is an error in inserting an encryption-key into the crypto table.
