Breaking FLI relationship gives error "BCOMKA internal error: LUN import not owned by this node"

Issue

Moving a lun that is in a FLI relationship via lun move or volume move produces the error message.  After running the lun import break command the following error appears:

XXXX::*> lun import delete -path /vol/xxxxxx/yyyyyyy
Error: command failed: BCOMKA internal error: LUN import not owned by this node
