Unable to access a new CIFS share with mandatory screening enabled

  • After creating a new CIFS share with protocol enabled and Fpolicy is enabled, security style NTFS, share permission Everybody/Full control they are unable to access the share via IP or FQDN
  • When trying to see the security tab on the Windows client, the following error is presented:
    • You do not have permission to view or edit this object permission's settings
