Virtual Machine backup failed with error "shadow copy operation has failed" with reason "Disc quota exceeded"

Example:

Mon Mar 23 16:12:04 GMT [Node-01: mgwd: cifs.shadowcopy.failure:error]: A shadow copy operation has failed: CommitShadowCopySet: fail to clone shares: clone(vs=<SVM>, vol=<Volume>, src=<Source>, dst=<Destination>) failed  (Clone start failed: Clone operation failed to start: Disc quota exceeded.).
