The "system health alert show" command in ONTAP returns several errors stating "RPC: Remote system error - Connection refused."

Issue

Running the system health alert show command generates output similar to the following:

cluster01::> system health alert show

There are no entries matching your query.
Warning: Unable to list entries for cphm on node "cluster01-01": RPC: Remote system error - Connection refused.
         Unable to list entries for cshm on node "cluster01-01": RPC: Remote system error - Connection refused.
         Unable to list entries for schm on node "cluster01-01": RPC: Remote system error - Connection refused.
         Unable to list entries for shm on node "cluster01-01": RPC: Remote system error - Connection refused.
         Unable to list entries for cshm on node "cluster01-02": RPC: Remote system error - Connection refused.
         Unable to list entries for schm on node "cluster01-02": RPC: Remote system error - Connection refused.
         Unable to list entries for shm on node "cluster01-02": RPC: Remote system error - Connection refused.
         Unable to list entries for cphm on node "cluster01-02": RPC: Remote system error - Connection refused.


This error could reference any or all of the nodes in the cluster.

The particular processes the errors mention ( cphm, shm, schm, cshm) are health monitors that run on the various subsystems of each cluster node.

Another option:

cluster01::> system health alert show

Error: show failed: RPC: Program not registered [from mgwd on node "Node01" (VSID: -1) to cshm at 127.0.0.1]
