Create new datastore cluster with VVol datastore fails with message "The operation is not supported on the object"

Issue

The message "The operation is not supported on the object" reports from task console when doing below on vSphere Client. 

  1. Create a Virtual Volumes (VVol) datastore by using the SF storage nodes.
  2. Create a new datastore cluster by using the VVol and enable the SDRS(Storage Distributed Resource Scheduler).
