Issue

Scenario 1:

The version of Storage Manager Enterprise Management mismatches with Array Management. In below sample, the version of Enterprise Management is 11.30:

While Array Management is 11.25:

Scenario 2:

Below error may be seen during Controller Firmware, when a specific firmware file, which is shown only when "All Firmware Files" or "All Files" instead of "Compatible Firmware Files" is selected in "Select File" window, is selected:

RC_nnnnnnnn_xxxx.dlp is not compatible with this version of the storage management software.

Scenario 3:

Error may be encountered when accessing a storage array from SANtricity Storage Manager:
